Denmark Family Living, Incorporated owns and operates two Adult Family Homes. Each home was originally constructed just over 20 years ago and has remained an AFH since inception. Both large open concept brick ranch houses are 4 bedroom homes that share 2.5 acres of beautiful country land and filled with spacious rooms and commons areas as well as many amenities.
We are fully staffed 24/7 with some of the best caregivers you will find. We uphold the highest standards for care and integrity. Our staff is experienced, well trained and attentive. We specialize in caring for ambulatory and non ambulatory, advanced age, developmentally disabled.

Alex Mineau
Owner/Operator
Alex is the owner and operator of Denmark Family Living, Inc. Started in 2022, we purchased the homes and took over operations. Since 2007 Alex has been teaching physical education, health, and spanish, coaching sports, and mentoring. He has also done many other related things such as life coaching and property management and rehabilitation. Alex does many of the behind the scenes work, facility repair and improvements, caregiving, and more. He is very passionate about helping others and utilizes all of his professional skills and training in all operations. Together he and Jade make a great team that can cover all aspects of operating a successful and enjoyable family home for those in need of care.
Jade Mineau
Director
Born and raised in Green Bay, Jade has worked at these homes for nearly 10 years. Along with Alex, one or both are in house nearly every day. During and prior Jade has vast experience as a CNA and caregiver for a total of 15 years. This includes working with those in special care units, and nearly all forms of elderly persons and those with physical needs and disabilities. She has a giant heart, and her entire career has been in the field of healthcare, specifically being on the front lines of taking care of those most in need. She is our facility Director and is the primary contact as well as the one in charge of the day to day operations. There are few better if any to have in charge of any home you or your loved one will reside in!
